Whether you are weight lifting, going for a walk, training for a marathon, your body will respond differently to different music.     It depends on my mood and what type of workout I am doing. If I am on a hard long ride I like to listen to Lil Wayne and 2 Chaaaaaaainz (insert jokes here). If it is an easy Sunday ride on a sunny day – Grateful Dead/Bob Marley all day. Chill mode.
