The Goal: Be Active and have a kick ass summer doing it!

Start Date: 4/28/14 (Join Initiative)
Enrollment By: 5/5/14 by 5pm CST
Last Check-In Date: 9/5/14 by 5pm CST (Tentative)
Weekly Check-In Rules: Each Monday you are responsible for checking in and sending your active hours to health@davenportgroup.com by (5 pm) CST. Results will be posted on Tuesdays in our Chatter Group.
Mechanics: For every hour you are active during the week, you will receive 1 “ticket”. There is no limit on the amount of “tickets” you can earn per week. Report your active number of hours on Check-In Mondays to be awarded. At the Q3 meeting we will announce 1st, and 2nd place as well as have a raffle drawing for up to 5 other great rewards valued between $50 and $200.

Rewards:

1st Place – Most Tickets/Hours Active $350.00 cash prize2nd Place – 2nd Most Tickets/Hours Active $250.00 cash prize
Up to 5 other participants in raffle drawing $50-$200 prizes at stake

*You will be ineligible for the raffle drawing rewards if you received the 1st or 2nd place cash reward.

Rules:

1. You may join the program at any time throughout the goal, but if you join post enrollment date, you will be ineligible for rewards.

2. Activity is defined as running, walking, biking, swimming, working out, hitting the gym, competitions, etc. Simply put, be deliberate in being “active”!

3. It’s all about the Honor System!

Q1 to Q2 Goal – Operation Own It

No Excuses, Make Time For Your Health

The Goal: As a team, collectively reach our weight loss goal in pounds.

Start Date: 2/10/14 (Weigh in)

Enrollment By: 2/12/14 by 5pm CST

Last Weigh In Date: 4/18/14 (Friday before Q Meeting) by 12pm CST

Weekly Weigh-Ins: Mandatory Mondays

Each Monday you will be responsible for weighing in and sending your weight to health@davenportgroup.com by close of business (5 pm) CST. Results will be posted on Tuesdays.

Personal Goal: Set a weight loss goal for yourself and submit your goal weight/how many pounds you want to lose.

Personal Goal Reward: For every week you weigh in on time, $2.50 will be deposited into your “bank”. If at the end of the goal, you achieve your personal weight loss goal, you will earn this money. 

Group Goal: We will add all weight submissions to create our target weight loss number.

Group Goal Reward: If at the end of the goal we have achieved our goal as a team, we will each receive an additional $50.00.

Reward Information:  Up to $77.50 to be earned per participant to be paid after Q2 Meeting 2014 in gift card of your choosing.

We are so excited to be entering our second quarter of the Health and Wellness Initiative and we hope you are encouraged to be an active participant with us! We have made this goal a “Team” Goal which is a different concept, but very exciting for us! This is a time to focus on your health and be a part of a community of support, encouragement, and knowledge! If you were not a part of the Health & Wellness Group last quarter, don’t be shy, we would love to have you! If perhaps you joined last quarter, but don’t feel motivated this quarter, absolutely no problem!

Please remember we are doing this for the good of Davenport Group and for the good of YOU and your health! Any and all feedback is so much appreciated as we want to make this a program that works for you and helps you!

We are excited to see what this next quarter brings. If you would like to join, please simply email your initial weigh in as well as your weigh goal to health@davenportgroup.com. These are all kept confidential, so do not worry. No personal weight numbers will ever be announced!

Q4 Goal: Biggest Loser…DG Style

Welcome to the program and to your first goal!

The Goal: Be the person to have the largest PERCENTAGE of weight loss!

Timeframe: We will begin the challenge immediately following the Quarterly meeting with our first weigh in the Monday following the meeting. We will conclude the challenge the Friday (January 31st) before we leave for Mexico. The winners will be announced in Mexico.

The Prize: We have a total of $1,000.00 on the line!
        1st Place: $600.00 to the person with the largest percentage of weight loss.
        2nd Place: $250.00 to the person with the second largest percentage of weight loss.
        3rd Place: $150.00 drawing for all participants. *You will not be eligible for the drawing IF you won 1st or 2nd place reward.

Disclaimer: Actual weights will never be announced, ONLY percentage of weight loss will be made knowledge of the group.

Okay we are not THAT serious! We truly want to enable and encourage each other to get healthier. We all have improvements we can make in our lifestyle so lets each focus on a few key factors, and start making changes! Also, there is a total of $1,000.00 on the line here….if that doesn’t motivate you, we don’t know what will!
